Can students communicate with the teacher before scheduling a lesson or a free trial?

Absolutely, and we strongly recommend they do!

When selecting a teacher students are interested in, they can click the Contact Me button to send them a message.

This will open a chat thread in Tonara Connect’s messaging center where students and the teacher can discuss any questions that might arise or set up a free trial or lesson. Students and teachers will also receive an email notifying both of them that a chat thread has been created in Tonara Connect. Keep in mind, the teacher may be in a different time zone, or may not be available right at that moment, so remember to check back later for a response.

Make sure the email address listed in the account is correct so that notifications will be received regarding new messages in Tonara Connect.
