If I’m issued a refund, does it stay in Tonara or transfer back to my bank?

It depends if the teacher is issuing the refund or Tonara.

Teacher Refund: If the teacher issues you a refund, you’ll see the money in your Tonara Connet wallet.

Tonara Refund: If you need a refund from Tonara, for any reason, please get in touch with our support team, support@tonara.com, to transfer the money from your wallet to your PayPal account or bank account.
